Hatch is a food-lover, musician and private chef living in New York City.  A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, he has cooked at Minetta Tavern and worked in the caves at Murray’s Cheese.  This blog is, among other things, a collection of personal recipes and food writing.  Please contact the blog with questions, comments or for information on private cheffing and catering.
